Sleeping Danger

A painting of two polar bears lying close together against a blue background and a birch bark border. The bears are in shades of gray, white, and hints of yellow, with one bear resting its head on its paws and the other leaning into the first.

I love the dichotomy of polar bears, they look so curious and cuddly but they are very dangerous. I have read that they hunt humans if they are hungry enough. They are very fast and powerful. People who live in the north are always armed to deal with this threat. I have so much respect and admiration for these animals and I hope that they can adapt to global warming.
