Free local delivery of paintings over 100.00 within a few days of purchase. Please contact me through my email for details.

Canada :

If you purchase an artwork through my website, it will be carefully packed and shipped out within 7 business days provided that it is not part of an ongoing exhibition. If the artwork you purchased is currently part of an exhibition. It will be carefully packed and shipped out within 7 business days of the end of the exhibition. You will be responsible for the shipping costs.

When your package ships out, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 7 to 10 business days from the date of shipping for the package to arrive at your shipping address.

Other Countries:

Please contact me directly so we can talk about costs of shipping. Same as above but allow extra time for the package to arrive. All tariffs are the responsibility of the customer.

New US tariffs are coming for Canadian goods, including original art, starting August 19 2026. This isn’t a small thing. It’s a 50% tariff, and it applies even to work that’s always been duty-free between our two countries, because of this I will not be shipping to the US for the time being. I hope you understand.

CURRENCY: All prices on our website are stated in Canadian dollars.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY: Your privacy is important to us. Payments can be made by etransfer or by credit card through Square or through Square Space. We do not see or retain any of your credit card information at Jane Languedoc Art.

REFUND POLICY: Clients may contact Jane Languedoc to request a refund within 14 days of receiving the artwork, provided that return shipping and insurance are paid by the client and the artwork is returned in the same condition as originally shipped.
