This large canvas fills a wall with going to the cottage in the summer. It is a part of being Canadian. We love the cool lakes and the smell of pine and the call of the jays. To rise with the sun and take a coffee down to the dock to watch the silent mist rise over the lake is heaven on earth. I feel this every time I look at this painting. I love the warm and vibrant colours and I feel the anticipation of another great relaxing day to come.
